I know someone that was on the diet for about a year he literally lost a whole person. He was extremely obese, and was looking at gastric bypass tried Atkins as a last ditch effort.
He stuck to it faithfully, he is in great health has been off of it about 2 years now and He still looks fantastic. So I know it works.. I haven't done it personally. |
