Hi Everyone,
I am new to this sight, and my mail says I have 1 new...I clicked on the mail sight then it says again u have 1 new how do I actually open my mail? ugghh! |

Hello and welcome to the site. If you have gone to the Mail selection, you should have arrived on the Inbox page. It will show you your mail. Click the title in red under Subject. On the top, it will still say you have new mail, but once you close your "just opened" mail (like going back to your My Account) the new mail should go away. Very simple. If it does not go away, I'm sure one of our computer mods will assist you further. Best wishes to you.
