apologies, I never read the book and never saw the movie sober. The first two times I was stoned out of my mind and the third I was drunk. I saw part of it sober.

laugh

I can relate.

But that isnt the only great work Hunter Stockton churned out. I strongly recommend reading anything and everything you can get your hands on.

Hells Angels was classic, The Campaign Trail was a damn good read...bad thing is, he is really only portrayed in two movies and not many really know the true beauty that is Gonzo man!

Respect Hunter, rest in peace...wherever the hell they would send a rat bastard like yourself!

its a movie people...come on....

Oh and for perks...the script for the movie follows the book almost completly, aside from a few rather "lost" paragraphs...

The ether was wearing off. The acid was long gone. But the mescaline was running strong. Good mescaline comes on slow. The first hour is all waiting. Then about halfway through the second hour, you start cursing the creep who burned you because nothing's happening. And then - ZANG!

How dare you say its a movie before saying its a book.

How much did they pay you to screw that bear?

not many people read....most people have at least HEARD of the movie
