I have lost my smoking cookbook in the divorce. About 20 years of trials and experiments. I am looking to restart again. I do remember that a vodka/bbq mix was a good injection for hares.

Had'nt heard of that one ! I like to use some of Don Prudohommes seasonings especially the poultry one for deep frying turkeys and chickens .I melt some butter add some worstechire and sometimes a little touch of liquid smoke

That sounds interesting! With a light applewood smoke.........Hmmmm. I'll get back to you on that one!
