From what I vaguely know about you; you have worked your bum off on school and making your own way. I think you know what you can and can not afford (usually $200/day)for a holiday. Tacoma/Seattle is a great place for a Single woman to have a lot of fun. With a ratio of about 5 guys to every woman Tacoma might be a bit of a shock but with a friend your chances of meeting someone nice are good. If you go to Seattle Pike's Market is great and you can ride the yachts across to Victoria BC for a couple days. Great fun. Take a good quality hooded rain coat you will definitely need it. You might already done this but before you go in a car with your buddy be safe and make sure you get a copy of his State ID and check him out. I would not give anyone my hotel room number and stay in a little better quality hotel. Have a person at home you check in with dailey but go and have a wonderful time. Worse come to worse you can always go to Travelors Aid by dialing 411. |
