Pullups and chinups are tough. I got one of those iron gym pull-up bars for christmas and at first I could barely do one from the wide grip position. after a month of it though I can do 3 sets of 8-10 from the wide grips and I'm doing sets of 20 from the underhand and neutral position.
those perfect pushup deals are great too.. way more effective than regular pushups females though, for whatever reason, seem to have a tough time with upper body stuff. not imposible it just takes time and sticking to it. someone said to do them every day.. I'm not sure that's right. you have to give your body a recovery period every third or fourth day from what I've learned. someone with more formal learning might know better though. |
