I wonder what is wrong
The look that's in your eyes
Seems to tell a different song.

Sure I gave my heart
As I freely gave my love
Why now all a sudden
Does it not seem enough?

I sit here in my torture
And wait for you each time
You never seem to show
And there's no reason to your rhyme

There's always an excuse
As I take the good with bad
Yet when I think to leave
I keep thinking you'll be back

I wished to speak a while
But like always you're not there
You had to go again
I wonder if you care

It now has been two months
Since I've held you in my arms
My tears have long since dried
As I now see through your charm

I know you have your reasons
As do I my dear
This time no looking back
For my pain outweighs my fear.
