Topic: Equal Pay for Equal Work | |

Where will the socialism end though, and at what point do we keep our rights? Do we tell private industry how to run there businesses?? NO!! And we definitely should never bail them out either!! Our government is failing why prolong it. Let it fall. What is the worst thing that will happen, we will rebuild from the ashes?? What is everyone so pansy a$sed about?? Isn't it a good thing what is wrong with restructure?? Thank you. Exactly what I think. Just let it all go, what we have now (fascist-socialist construct) is non-fixable, and far away from an American ideal (laissez-faire). Funny thing, though, everyone wants a piece of another, without seeing how it all comes back to bite them. Hopefully, Obama finishes this misery, by his socialist spending and fascist clamp-down (medical data? huh?). |

I think pay should not be dependent on a persons gender. It should be dependent on the colour of their skin |

No the victims of what females endured after going into man's work, they should have had there claims held up. They had that right under the United States Constitution Equal labor, time, product deserves equal pay and they should not have been discriminated against, no one should be. Often not only did they endure the hours tears and sweat but the cruelty too for doing a mans work as well and sometimes better than a man there. Yes her suit should have been held up, she deserved that. That was during a time of oppression of women, and a violations of female rights during the very beginning of getting the rights she and other women had earned.
I do not however believe in supporting controlling how much a private company pays its employee's, or bailing them out if they are failing even if the economy collapses. Reconstruct and rebuild.....pussies that's what we are raising the US to be!! |

For those folks that love de-regulation... |

I know several men who have taken family leave time when a child was born or when one of their parents became ill. Guess that means those men aren't equal to some posters here. Might mean they are better men than some posters here. Yep, at least two men on my team have taken a few weeks of paternity leave when their child was born. |

Or maybe they shouldn't have been bailed out, they should have been left to fall fail and fade away just like any other private lawn hardware or motorcycle shop across America. Dont know why they are so freaking special!! Let THE ECONOMY FAIL AND RESTRUCTURE it all |

Exactly. I'm not sure why it's so hard to understand that there are many jobs out there where the men and women are doing the same work. |
