Hell, it relieved some of the frustration I have bottled up inside, I felt better when we left the pool hall

...sorry, I was updating myself in other threads. How was you day? My day was good...with the exception of one nasty woman customer...no matter how pleasant I tried to be and how many times I expained how the discount card works...the b!tch still wasn't absorbing the concept. She asked to speak with my manager, so I got her and she explained it the same way I did. The pissy woman got the biggest smile I could muster and I wished her a good day! ***some children's parents!!!***
