Have you ever been a peeper or been peeped? I've been peeped. 
He was a police officer and lived in the building next to me. I found out that he watched me take baths. We both lived on the 2nd floor. I had my window cracked open in the summer thinking nobody could see in. He told me that he could see me. So...one time I was in his apt. to visit him and his wife and used their bathroom. I found out that he had to stand on his toilet to see me.
what a jerk husband
We were all in our 20's at the time. She ended up divorcing him.  (But not for that reason.)

I had neighbors living across the way that would always change in front of the window and walk around in their underwear. They stopped after my other neighbor started watching and got busted. I don't think they minded me watching, but my neighbor was probably pushing it with a pair of binoculars.
I used to do the same thing. I don't care if they peeped me. I got nothing to be embarrassed about. |
