sigh...... theres an Art Gallery thing goin on an I just got an invite from the arts council
but the thought of going alone just bleh...... I wanna get my own website for my art or something its so hard to figure out how to needle my way in there

I KNOW I have talent I just dont know what to do with it
maybe I should build my own website gallery and compile some stuff to send to publishers and start sending photos to magazines or ..........SOMETHING!! argh! pisses me off when I hear from the arts council I am supposedly a member but they dont answer my e-mails , I think I am on a list for the garden show thingy in the summer but thats not enough

You have talent and also the burning desire to expose that talent, to make it breathe and move and live. It is more than simply showing a few little frames of a movie, to you, which leaves so much out of each story.
I know that the books of your art, that I thought would be "efficient", fall short of the longer running movie of episodes/chapters that you really need.
But those remain a means of beginning to collate and display things in sequence.
You have so much to show.
I know that so much remains to be done.
I know that you would enhance or alter some of the things along the way.

Do you remember the ending of the movie "Castaway" where Tom Hanks delivers a package to the woman who makes iron angels?
You're so much like that woman.
The isolation, the privacy, the long effort on each series of works...it is all needful.
Now, if that woman received a form letter saying that she is a member of the Blah Blah Guild, and can show her artwork at The Next Big Local Thing, I doubt that she would bother answering.
She knew that her work needed a wider audience, to reach far, to be seen by the people who had the understanding of how her artwork would best fit into their view of life.
Locally...just doesn't do it.

You are correct in needing to develop a website for your works.
