Topic: Do you believe in Hell!!!!!!!! I do | |
---|---|
I just finish reading "23 minutes in hell" by Bill Wiese and comparing
his notes with the bible. Guys is really scary whether we believe it or not hell is real and according to the bible is Somewhere upon of the earth their is a shaft.the entrance of this shaft leads down into the heart of the earth where hades exists. Hades is often translate "Hell" in the bible. Hell does exits is in the center of the earth...is divide in two parts in one part is where everybody who died goes to....and deep deep down is for the sinners. Hell was creat it for satan and his angels to sufer, but now is also where all the sinners go to suffer eternaly.if where our bodies shall be tormented in every part in the flames of hellfire.the pains of hell fire will be thousand times more horrible and tormenting.Their is no water, no food, no light, only pain and demons to torment you, cell and bars, pits and caves,,,,no sleep, no one to speak to. they are nake it and all you can hear is screams, laments, people crying, trying to escape from those pits , and different degree of punishments, some people sufer more than others according to their sins. It is really scare me guys, I sure would't want to go their so I am enclosing a prayer just in case you want to accept God in your hearts. "Dear God I confessI am a sinner.Thank you that Jesus took my punishment upon himself when he died on the cross for my sins. and the rose from the dead, defeaning death. today I repent and place my trust in jesus crist alone for my salvation. in jesus name i pray......amen |

Yes I do believe in Hell too Michy. I do not believe that us
humans can understand or perceive Hell as it really is. I think that there are different levels of Hell as you said, according to our sins. The pain and torment is so excrutiating because our Spirits are separated from the Love of God. Human Spirits are a part of God here to do His will. Its all about LOVE. Sin separates us from that love, but we are human and have been given the gift of free will. We choose to sin or not to sin. We choose to repent for those sins or not, also. Im choosing Gods' way of LOVE. How about you? |

sexymichy220 your prayer was sweet and genuine I can tell. Dee Dee I
choose God too. I am a true beleiver and don't try to push it on others but will profess my faith anywhere, anytime. Yes, I beleive in Hell but am not afraid of it or its King. My pastor said that when we die saved souls go directly to heaven and then when Jesus comes again, out bodies will be sent up to meet us and we will be made one. I'd rather think of it that way then just lying in limbo or worse yet going to Hell for a time. We are all sinners but through the Grace of God can be saved. |

Well, I'm going to step out on a big limb here and say, no, I don't
believe in hell. I had been a Christian for a long time and spent many hours with scripture and in fellowship with educated clergy folks. Everyone has to believe what they feel is right in their own heart. My years of Chrisianity built me a large respect for Jesus Christ, and a larger sense that man has no idea what is going on in the world of the spirit, the creator, and the afterlife. What do I believe? I believe in a God that would not banish men to burn and be tormented. I guess I just can't live a life where I think God would blame people for making mistakes and not being able to sort out all this confusion. Man has passed the Holy scriptures down from century to century. With all the supposed evil that has existed is it really possible that no man has altered the scripture for his own purposes. Just look at how many different religions exist just as Christianity, and they do not all agree what is sin, and what are the rules to worship God. The spiritual world, be it Christian, Muslim, Pagan, or whatever requires faith. Faith is the idea that you "know" something is right without proof that it is actually right. YOU can "know" and YOU can have personal proof, but it cannot be proven to someone that does not share your faith. So in the end I respect your right to think there is a hell, but do not shed a tear for me going there, because my faith tells me it does not exist. Live and live. Cheers, Dave |

i agree with you that the book could have been altered and it most
likely was. i do believe in hell but i don't think that you go to hell just for making mistakes. i think your true intentions and your true willingness and desire to repent and ask for forgiveness is taken into account. there are no perfect people anywhere on this earth and heaven will be inhabited by unperfect people but there will be signs of atonement in thes people that will be spared from the torture. you really can't have good without evil because they set the standard and i also believe that GOD is a kind and loving GOD but it doesn't mean that he is a pushover for sobbing eyes with bad intentions. i believ when you go to hell it is a symbol of your rejection of GODS love and unwillingness to repent and ask forgiveness and be sincere about it when you do it. GOD doesn't intentionally torture someone, he gave us free will and those people chose to be tortured by giving into temptation and rejecting HIS love by not asking for forgiveness and repenting. hell is truly a separation from GODS love so you are no longer u8nder HIS care so the devil is free to do whatever he wants. i don't believe that heaven and hell are physical places but eternal states of either peace or torment according to how you lived your life and i don't think alot of people are truly prepared for what kind of torture they are gonna face because as bad and nasty as this world seems, it ain't shit compared to what hell is gonna be like. |

Don't be scared of Hell.
Don't create your own Hell on Earth. Live to love. Love to live. |
|
|

that is good advice jimi. i think people should just live life and try
to be the best person they can be but some people are constitutionally incapable of not worrying about it, that's what keeps alot of people in the religions. i would rather live my life with a love of GOD than a fear of GOD. the results are low stress and a carefree(not careless) attitude. |

Not in the general sence of hell.
I believe that hell is a state of mind only. Hell like the Devil I believe was created by organised religion to control the masses. Ghostrecon |

|
|
|
really wendy? I didn't know that when I was checking the bible to
compare it to what the writter was saying I read that our souls and bodies stay together until judment day....unless you are one of the choosen one he has already choosen and your name is already written in the book of life, you will be taken away then in the rapture only your clothes will be left behind along with those that are not in the list. Those left behind will have to face the antcrist and wait for judment day and the coming of Jesus in the second coming. At least that what I read and been told. |

Hi all! Interesting subject. I did research on it years ago and found
some information that has been forgotten over time. I believe that we are supernatural creatures and that we lost it from original sin. So now that we live in a natural state our souls are constantly searching for the supernatural state where we truly belong. Hell is a supernatural place and cannot be conceived by our futile brains. We can try to understand it but it is difficult. Imagine falling off a cliff. When u cross the plains of hell, u remain in that position of how u are falling for all eternity. Pain #1. Then u get the feeling of abandonment. Eternity without God. After all when we are in our worst situations we usually turn to Him but at that point there is no one to turn to. Pain #2. Then we are tortured with pains of the flesh and pains of the soul. 2 different punishments. Pain #3. Then there are pains of extreme cold and extreme heat. Being turned on and off by the second. Hot Cold hot cold. All this info I got from old books that were written by councils and people who were visionaries. There are people on earth who seem to have special gifts of vision and they have professed what they saw. God is about love but he is also a God who hates. After all he does hate Sin. So we must be prepared at all costs for an angry God too. Thats my 2 cents worth. Thanks for listening. Take Care |

Hell explained:
I figured those of you with strong scientific/math minds would appreciate the logic of this answer. I will prove to you that Hell does not exisit by asking whether it is endothermic(absorbs heat) or exothermic(gives off heat) First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by my ex two weeks ago that, " it will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you again, and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number 2 must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct...leaving only Heaven thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, my ex kept shouting "Oh my God." |
