usually its a good thing to tolerate/agree with/build on other people's viewpoints during the idea generating phase...but during the evaluation phase, it is critically important to disagree.. roco Seems so obvious doesn't it? Then why do so many people have a lack of tolerance for difference? Do they feel threatened? |

Do they feel threatened? everybody feels threatened, at some point or they think the opposing party is completely idiotic...and that angers them but eventually they give up cuz..you can't fix stupid |
