Wow!!!
About my write…A Love Like That…
You made a series accusation, one that I do not take lightly. Let me first thank you for finding me guilty of plagiarism without a shred of proof or even the courtesy to ask me first.

So, let me answer you directly…no I have never seen, read or heard of the piece you have posted. Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt.

(quote) “Not to dout you but i know i have read this somewhere before.can you be kind and confirm this”

How can I confirm anything you may have seen in your life? Much less something you read 12 years ago.

(quote)“im not kidding i have seen this very same stroy word for word in newyork about 12 years ago.”

As to your point of having “seen” with your very eyes a word for word duplication…well, you sure as hell did not show me one. The one you so proudly posted is about a man who is reminiscing of a love he walked away from. Reminiscing being a key here; it means he is recalling a relationship from the past. Not at all like the piece I posted.

There are some other differences as well
1) Mine is right here for all the world to see…you however seem to be reluctant to tell me (us) who wrote the one you posted; If, when, and also where it was published. You called me a liar and a thief at 8:15 by 8:30 you posted it so, you must know where to find it. That is, unless this write struck you sooooo deeply you had total recall after these 12 long years.

2) In my write the two subjects have a platonic relationship. Though, the male character reveals “his” desire to have more, he is not entirely sure “she” would ever feel the same. Your post deals with this completely and utterly in a different manner. (I quote) “…how they would make love for hours on end.and he would always make sure she was content before he was done.”…do you see the difference?

Oh, and before I let this go; I do not and have never claimed to be a writer or a poet yet, I do dabble a bit in both. I do not have an extensive knowledge of classical writers or the great poets but, I can surly see that this “thing” you have posted was clearly written by an amateur. Who else would have phrased that last quote in such an emotion-less and juvenile way. (This is a lone example but, a recurring problem with this text)

3) My post has no dialogue at all…the same cannot be said for yours. “Even if it is poorly written”

Look, I could go on and on here pointing out the differences but, it will not matter. The damage you have done by your reckless slur has been done. Nothing I can say will ever take that away.

I am man enough to give you one thing I do find similar. The last four words are undeniably the same. The funny thing is that I changed them just prior to post and I was not altogether happy with them. If this is what you base your “word for word” accusation on then, I am guilty as charged. I ask you though; in the entire history of the written word how many times do you think these words have been used to explain a thought or a feeling? How many times have people put them together in a sentence? If we are not allowed to use words that have been used before then we are in trouble.

Type in your search engine(google) the words…poems+ a love like that… you will get approximately 2.5 million examples of songs, poems, stories, books and movies that all seem to use those words and the idea that they insinuate. So, are all of the people who wrote these things imposters as well? Or am I alone in my all too human mind.

Here is a link to everything I have posted on this site. I encourage you look them up. Feel free to expose any and all of them that you find to be questionable http://mingle2.com/topic/show/95989

I bet.
I could only imagine how it feels to be accused of plagiarism, especially when the write is of such quality.
