That coconut chicken was good! I should fix more of that...and next time, skip the extra pinch of sugar, but use more herbal seasoning.

But bad is good, if it is done rightly. I remember sweating out the pepper-juice in the humid semi-cool shade, in the tropics, and you had to drink more booze to make the stuff sweat out faster. So, it was a great time, if you could relax for a couple of hours and enjoy the experience. But it was not classy. No--never classy. Just real, and good.

Honey, you've GOT to have spicy hot food when you are drinking in the tropics. It's just natural. THere's a real reason that the foods contain stuff to kill "bugs" in the drink/water/fluid. Maybe you should practice...before your next trip?
