It's a psychological addiction like gambling, sex, etc.

the mind can only become "addicted" to what self is trying to tell self not to do, FROM A FEARFUL VOICE THE MIND OF SELF, and this perpetuated from all outside, from all commercials and communication mediums, PUMPING IN EXTRA FEAR, only perpetuate such things.......

weighing all the things he wants to create, and doing what he wants, and seeing in advance and accpeting all the things the mind says can happen from any action?

JUST ACCEPTING THEM AS TRUE, WILL FREE HIM FROM FEAR?

this usually come from MANY OTHERS OUTSIDE OF SELF, SAYING HOW HAPPY SELF SHOULD BE, AND HOW LUCKY SELF IS, AND HOW SELF IS SO SUCCESSFUL, SO SELF BECOMES AS CONFUSED AS TO WHAT IT REALLY WANT, AND WHAT HAPPINESS REALLY IS FOR "ITSELF".......

self MUST FIND WHAT SELF MOST WANT, above all other things in life?

ALL brains work the same, SINCE ALL BODIES WORK THE SAME, AND THESE WAYS THE BRAIN WORKS PROVED TO SELF AS EITHER TRUE OR NOT TRUE, can relieve anything from the pain it create for itself with fear?
