Have ya ever felt dumb about something and asked a question about something or told of something that ya did that was dumb to someone and after talking to them you felt more dumb? Like when ya tell the dumb thing that ya did and they say, "Well, that was stupid."

Nobody is perfect, but asking only makes you smarter. Even if either the question or the answer or both is dumb. You learned from it, didn't you? As long as you realize that it was dumb what you did, that's actually the sign of intelligence. Now, imagine if you never ever realize that it was dumb and you continue to believe that it wasn't dumb. Now, that's what dumb is.

Been there, done that, got the tshirt. Those that don't admit are just to skeered. (For those that feel intellectually superior, I misspelled that on purpose just to annoy )

I sometimes can't find something in the refrigerator and scream "Where is the salsa dip at?" and although it is in front of me I can't see it eating a tortilla chips with no dip.
Then later I go back to get something to drink and the salsa dip is staring at me. yes I don't have to talk to anyone to feel dumb at times |

I was talking to a repairman and he asked my problem was. So I went on about 15 minutes trying to explain what I thought I did wrong and when I got to the part when the big spark happened he said, "Well, why did you do that for?" And then he said hush and let me speak for a while and I will tell you how to fix it.

smiless I drove my car to work one day and walked home. My wife at the time asked me why I didn't drive my car home. that is a great one love it When I was younger I had too much to drink once and when I walked back, I was trying to open the door to my house with no success of course. Eventually after what seem like a eternity and probably was I ended up sleeping at the front door step. My wife then in the morning open the door to get the newspaper that was next to me and said, "Why didn't you ring the door bell." Of course I don't drink like this anymore, but yes I felt dumb |

You know, I seriously do not think this makes you dumb. If want to learn something you have to ask stupid questions every now and again. The thing is if you are like me, when you find something so new or different that you do not understand the fundamentals, you will then study it until you do.
