      There's a big difference. If I care about them, I'm concerned about their welfare. If I'm just interested? It's easy to walk away and not much give a hoot.

      i have a hard time caring about anybody really. i treat everyone the same except that i tend to become a push over when i like someone.

care about them = very fond frienship feelings   
interested= want to have a relationship and rip their clothes off

       If I care about you, I notice when you enter the room..think of you often, etc.
 
  If I'm interested in you, you may wanna consider seeking a restraining order...I tend to be a bit obsessive lol What? At least I'm honest..
