hows the planning? Date is set June 11- 15, 2009 as far as any other activities, Miss Lee and I are researching activities and events for that week and then will let everyone take a vote on it. I made a chart so that everything is planned and nothing gets forgotten. once we get closer I will need to know a few things from everyone so that we can arrange for airport pick ups and such, who needs smoking rooms, who wants to room with who or not to room with, what times people are arriving so we can meet and greet and stuff like that |
