I guess it would depend on if they pissed on their hands. Yeah, that would definitely be a critical factor. Seems just "touching it" is enough to cause the hand washing I would ask for another server Yes, it is enough cause for hand washing. Even touching anything in that room would give me cause for hand washing before I eat.

im sure he may have aimed for the urinal... what could be on that slab of meat? huh? doesnt wash his hands perhaps he had sex last night and didnt take a shower either? or the pubic hair that stuck under his nail? how about herpes? those would all end up opn your plate he served you ! yum yum!!!

Doesn't it strike you as mildly ironic that most people -- particularly the women -- find an activity such as a male restaurant waiter who uses the facilities (presumably "touching" their penis) returns to serve their food without first washing his hands as disgusting, yet they would have no problems doing things in the bedroom that would be inappropriate for this thread? Wouldn't that presumably equate to being virtually the same thing? Just askin'.

You return to your table only to be greeted by the person who was in the rest room with you. That person is your server. How do you react? i'd lean forward put my hand down the back of my pants move it around a little pull my hand out and while holding it out ask him if i can borrow his pen
