The local supermarket here actually has an old fashioned meat counter.
I don't buy bacon pre packaged so I always get the good stuff. |

No question that bacon plays an integral role in our diet and should always be examined before purchase.
But let's not ignore other food groups. What about fruits and vegetables? Do you squeeze them for firmness and freshness? Do you smell them for ripeness? Sometimes, I just can't keep my hands off of a Casaba mellon. |

oranges i handle first too the more they weigh the juicier they are..nothing like a dried up peice of fruit
