Mexican Steak (My Receipe)

Consists of...> 2-Lb of browned ground beef.
2-Lb of browned hot pork sausage
1-Bell Pepper cut up in small pieces.
1-Lg Onion cut up in small pieces.
1-Cup of mushrooms/ canned or fresh.
1-Cup of peperoni.
1-Lg Can of Whole Tomatoes.
1-Lg Can or 2 Med size cans of Pizza Sauce.
1-sm Can of Tomato paste.

Mix together in a Lg Pot & Simmer 2-3 hrs.

Peel/cut fresh 6-8 med to Lg potatoes into small cubes & Boil for 45 mins to 1 hr in Lg pot til done.
Mash by hand or whip with machine with 1 stick of butter/1 cup of milk... add salt/pepper.

Serve Hot mashed potatoes in a bowl or dish in the form of a Mexican hat!

Generously pour the 2-3 hr cooked Hot Sauce on top!

Get out the bottled hot sauce & Parm cheese for toppings!

To finish~ serve hot garlic bread on the side!

Serves 4-6 with leftovers! Believe ME! your gonna want leftovers!

It's really an Italian dish! But I'm just a Pollock that invented it!

NOW! > The reason I call it Mexican Steak is because Most Mexicans are so poor... It's tastes like Steak to them!
