Have you ever outright told the girl that you are "trying to win" that you are a nice guy and not like all the others? I've been talking to someone who said this to me and it's not something that I've had said to me before. He also went on to explain why he is different from "the others". Whats your take on this? Could he be legit or just full of $hit? Not In Correct Environment Getting Under Your Skin Typolock was stuck. |

I dunno watch the words..most truly nice guys (that don't have some sort of "walk away slowly/ run, now aspects to themselves) point is the good ones don't have to tell you they are nice. " Nice guys always lose "...this guy is " trying to win " to disprove that theory. One thing to keep in mind Amanda is that almost every guy will try to say exactly what he thinks you want to hear. |

Every single man I have dated since my first boyfriend has given me that line.
Was it real? What do you think. |

trust your instincts, some of us are truly rare gems, others invent "nice" personas

I never explain , I let them see for themselves. Actions, not words. |

The problem with just saying " what he thinks " is....doing that could cause him to live a life in the doghouse. Most guys are smart enough that, when a woman asks " does this make me look fat? ", he is NOT going to say what he thinks. He's gonna say what he knows she wants to hear. |

It's like the guy who say they have a big pecker, 80% don't. Try a little four play and find out. Meaning stand back and get to know him

not at all, men shouldn't babble like women on a shopping spree...thats a totally different issue The thing about that is....there really ARE guys out there that are different ( i.e. Not exactly like most " normal " guys ). The problem with just saying " what he thinks " is....doing that could cause him to live a life in the doghouse. Most guys are smart enough that, when a woman asks " does this make me look fat? Being told I'm fat would probably get a pillow thrown at said person, but I'm not big on throwin' anybody in the dog house..its really not worth it, hearing what I want is good sometimes... other times I'm ok being told I'm interrupting the football game could I go get some beer....chances are I forgot there was a game on... |

Could he be legit or just full of $hit? I've never told the girl I've been trying to date that I'm a "nice guy", nor have I ever told them that I'm "not like all the others". It would be pretentious on my part to try to present myself in such a matter to anyone. What HAS happened is that most of the "ladies" have often said that about me, which can have either good or bad results (hint- mostly bad). Chances are that he's trying to lull you into a false sense of security over his "niceness". |
