Hey flame. Good to see you're up and about. How's the knee? still pretty sore but getting better each day. staples came out yesterday so feels alot better than it did.

Good to hear you are progressing. Don't give up on those exercises they give you to do. I know it's a pain, but trust me it all works out for the better.

You got that right, alot of pain trying to get everything back in order again. the theropist comes 3 times a wk then I do the same stuff the other days when shes not here. the walking is easy just the bend hurts like crazy. I started using a cane yesterday instead of the walker, like that a whole lot better.

Walking is good too but the bending part is the hardest. It is also the most important. I smashed up my knee years ago and wish I would have worked at bending it more.
