I like someone who lives like an hour away. We just started talking a few days ago and she seems like someone I'd enjoy hanging out with and dating. What should I do? Thats pretty far, and yes I know some of you are dating people 10 hours away, but I'm young with not much money and a not that great car so keep that in mind before you insult me!

find a place half way, that way you both have something invested in the date and you will not have to drive as far. just pick a town and look on the net for things to do there. hope it helps.

Only you can decide if its feasable for you to drive an hour to meet someone. How bad do you want it?

You're right Mirror, if she means a lot to me I will make it work. She also said that when she does long distance she does 50/50 and will drive to me also. Losingpatience that is always a good idea also. I have a while before we meet I just wanted to see what you guys say

I'd like to meet her half way the first date. Thats what me and my 1 ex did. If things go well I wouldn't mind driving the hour, but to drive an hour just to meet her once I wouldn't like that too much.
