your profile says you want to be a chef. Have you gone to school for it??? Apply to Le Cordon Bleu???? Or get this!!! Alot of the best chefs in the world, volunteered to work in the best kitchens for free, or very little to apprentice under the best. Buy a plane ticket to france....

Temp agencies take people all the time. You show up, they send you out. True like 10 yrs ago, now it is actually hard to even get a basic job in a temp place believe it or not. I know, i used to work temp like 4 different jobs in temp agencies. and Yes, even fastfood places are tough to land a position in. Maybe where you all are from it is different. I am just speaking from experience living here.
Well....when the economy sucks in one place here......people tend to move to where the jobs are. Where is that in the usa right now?

I'm sorry but I find it hard to believe you can't find ONE job in Columbus Ohio Kirk. I live an hour away in a place where we still have hitching posts at the grocery store and I could find some job, somewhere. I understand times are tough, but what you are saying here is unbelievable. Apply everywhere you can and take the first one that comes along. You can always keep looking for better.
