Baked Carp
1 Carp, gutted and skinned
1 pine board a little bigger that the carp
Clean em both real good

Marinade (soak) the carp for a day in a mixture
of red wine (or Nite Train), Old Bay, lemon, salt,
pepper, garlic salt and water (amts. to your taste).
Soak the board for a day in water.
Put the fish on the board and bake at 300 for 3 hrs.

Remove from oven, cool 1 hr., discard fish, eat board.
Serves 1 to 4 ..depends on size of the board.
Drink beer.

ROAST SKUNK

1 skunk, scent bag removed
2 sliced carrots
1 c. clear soup
1 tsp. onion juice

Dissolve 1 bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water. Skin, clean, and remove scent bag from skunk. Parboil in salted water 15 minutes. Drain off water. Then place meat in fresh water and steam until tender, about 1 hour. Transfer to roasting pan and put in oven at 375 degrees. Add 1 cup of clear soup, 2 sliced carrots and 1 teaspoon of onion juice and cook uncovered for 2 hours.

What can I say... My friend just paid upper 5 digits in taxes. This is only income tax. My situation is slightly different.

I don't think you even know what you are talking about.

I moved from a fairly well to do area of Florida, I was sorta middle class myself and I have learned more about what it is to be poor in this country from moving to where I am now. And it's not what I thought it was. Sure there are always some that take advantage but there are people in this country that really are poor.. working poor.. they don't go get health services because they can't afford it. And the services they might get for free, suck so bad, that I would be embarrassed as a doctor.

They aren't paid enough to even put into the system, so they aren't taking advantage of the rich by any stretch of the imagination.

I never here these people moan about much, they don't have much but they always share what little they do have, and that is more than I can say for some of the privileged in this country.

And if they were forced to pay taxes one what little they do have, that would be criminal.

The middle class do pay their fair share, I don't see them having anywhere near what the rich enjoy and yes maybe some of them take advantage but you don't punish the whole country for what a few do. I will never understand why the rich are so worried about someone taking from them... No matter what you take they are still bloody rich.. bottom line..

I don't know which I dislike more. A whiny rich person or a person that won't bother to work at all. But blaming it all on the poor and middle class should be a bit embarrassing for this country.

Sorry, but I do. I don't know any poor people that receive $4,000 back in taxes. They also pay the other taxes I mentioned. Even when they pay rent, they pay real estate taxes. It's in the rent. They personal property tax if they have a car. They pay sales tax every time they buy something.

They're not looking for a free ride. They are the working poor.

Meatless Loaf

1 cup rice
1 cup peanuts crushed
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt


Combine all the ingredients together. bake in a loaf pan for 30 minutes or until loaf is good and set.

Now I don't understand that at all, that does seem like cheating. But that also seems like someone in the irs is blind as a bat.

1 fresh beef tongue
1 carrot
1 onion
1 potato
1 turnip
2 tablespoons flour
Sprig of parsley
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Stalk of celery
1 quart of stock or water in which tongue was boiled
salt and pepper


Boil tongue 2 hours, Then take out and skin the tongue Place butter in baking pan, brown, add flour, mix well, add stock then add the vegetables, which should be chopped rather fine, Then all other ingredients. Stir until it boils, Then place tongue in the pan, cover and bake 2 hours basting often. If necessary add more water. When done pour gravy around the tongue and serve.

No, it is because they too poor to have a cable TV. They mostly "procreate".

I don't have kids. My friend, on the other hand, has 3. He is getting no refund on kids. No refund on private school. No refund for baby sitters. No stimulus.

Basically, he is considered a plowing bull. He only supposed to plow. He isn't considered a human being, so no stimulus for him.

Americans love to cheat. Bailout is nothing but a cheating. You have lost the money, but we will give you more. Cheating. Because at the very same time, there is someone who competed with the loser, put all of his effort in it, and won. The loser supposed to go out of the business, so that he does not waste the oxygen. Instead, he gets the bailout, stays in business. And what about the one who was smart and prudent, worked his ass off to be successful?

This is nothing but cheating.

"Heard" is one thing. Get to know any rich person. Ask what they pay. All of this is paid by so called "fairly taxed rich". They get even richer, because they try even harder. They don't give up like poor do.
