alright children......old is when you stop appreciating nature, family, sunrises, sunsets....I realize that some have health problems and my prayers go out to them, but kiddies, let me tell you......I'm 70 yrs. YOUNG...NOT 70 yrs OLD!....keep your brain active and your health as good as possible and you age gracefully!.......lolol......just teasing guys and gals, but the mind has a great deal to do with how you age!

age is only a number.. senior? yes .. I am.. very happy to have made it this far. wheeeeeee what a ride its only just begun.. youre only as old as you let yourself believe.. huh?? mmmmm sometimes Im 18 sometimes im 81 or uhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmm 88 party down sister let someone else worry about whos a senior.. k bigbay

I'm old enough to know better but I'm still too young to care. I'm 59 with the heart of a 20 year old. And no, I didn't get a heart transplant.
