I'm not quite sure exactly what you are referring to regarding me having a forgiving spirit
but i do know enough about God
and i have walked this spiritual path
for long enough to know
that in the grand scheme
& amazingly intricate plan of all things
i cannot truly find favor & grace with God
unless i find love & forgiveness for those who trespass against me 
it is not always easy to do ...
but i try  ...it doesn't always come automatically ...
but after some thought and introspection
i do try to be kind & understanding
even to those who have been mean to me. or to those who are jealous of me and i am not talking just about people here online,
but people in my everyday life
without compromising who i am
or what i believe so strongly in
 And God Help me, but i cannot find it in my heart
 to forgive those monsters
who trespass against our beloved Children
 so, if God wants me to find love and forgiveness for them
He is just going to have to put it in my heart
cause right now...

i am alright, just got a cold! oh boy.. .that is a bummer it is surely going around...
and the fever coughing and major sore throat
and dizziness that often goes along with it
sounds to me that
it is time to get out the big guns
Take Liquid Vitamin C if you can find it or chewable
something that will quickly assimilate in your body ...
and being that vitamin c and b complex are water soluable
ideally...
you need to take at least 100 mgs. an hour to flush your system
anymore than that to me, seems to just be wasted
and please drink lots of juices teas and honey and echinacea,
and golden seal helps too
ask an herbalist or any knowledgable nutrition ~ conscious friends
please look up these online if you wish to back my play ...
so you know without a shadow of a doubt that what i am saying is right on ..
meanwhile...  i still am very congested too
and am drinking yummy lemon and honey tea
