I'm really not 100% sure how it is in the States but here only a total dlck cop would bust you for having it on you. Unless you're carrying enough that they think you're connected to a big fish then they just tell you to not to drive and to go home. Hell, I know cops that would prefer it to booze half the time.

So do you feel the same way about cigarettes? Tobacco companies put so much extra stuff in cigarettes to addict people to them, that it's worse than smoking weed. I NEVER heard of anyone dying from smoking weed, but millions of people die every year from cigs, and every other illegal drug out there. Hell I've seen employees work better "high" than sober. It all depends on the person. Smoking weed isn't for everyone, just like anything else. But if you do it in moderation, not like how movies make potheads look its all good! Personally I think the government should tax and legalize it. The police and feds seize millions of tons of marijuana a year...every year!!! People are gonna smoke it regardless. Might as well stop throwing people in jail for it, tax it and use the money to get out of this huge deficit the country is in! I hope it works for California and the rest of the country follows suit.

I hear ya!!! Alcohol and cigarettes kill millions of people every year but its legal. I never hear anyone crying about making that stuff illegal, but people always got something to say about weed. Like I said in another post, I never heard of anyone dying from smoking weed. I know a lot of weed smokers and they don't even do other drugs, just smoke weed. Alcohol if anything is more of a gateway drug than weed is in my opinion.
