Having enough is surprizingly less than what people think but that aside I have found that giving people money, education, or even homes does not make them value them. They resent what you give them and then adopt and attitude of entitlement. They also figure if it just came to them once it will come again and they don't have to take care of what they have. I think if I had a lot of money I would improve the quality of schools, parks, even safety because I think that might contribute more to the greater number of people.
