Can anyone help me? When I want to hit the letter y then z comes up and vice versa. It is not only with these but with other symbols and letters as well. How do I rectify this

pop the letter off and put it in the right place

buying a new keyboard good chance that would not of fixed it anyway may have been a layout change in the program itself but hey what do i know
