Well, I am new to this and wondered what's the etiquette if I am not interested in some one that has sent me an email. Just a quick "thanks, but no thanks" or not replying to their email?

Just a quick "thanks, but no thanks" or not replying to their email? you also can block them as well I take the why not approach, takes less then a minute of my life to respond to someone. Think blocking is a little extreme unless they can't take a hint. But yeah thanks, but no thanks seems fair enough. Least then they know where they stand- honesty is "generally" the best policy. Don't hate me cause i said generally.. you all know its true!
