I am making green tea with pomegranate. It smells like heaven.
My New Year's resolution is losing more weight. So I picked up the Sonoma Diet book and the alli diet plan and getting ready to stock the kitchen with weight watcher's crap again. |

So I picked up the Sonoma Diet book and the alli diet plan and getting ready to stock the kitchen with weight watcher's crap again. Really....you dont need all that diet stuff. Just count calories and exercise alot. It works...I promise. |

Care to help me exercise? *wink wink nudge nudge* I walk 4 miles every day and follow a very near Vegetarian diet and STILL am above what I am wanting. Ha ha...good one. Walking is good...but maybe you should try to start jogging some of it. And also lifting weights, building muscle helps as well. The more muscle you have...the higher your metabolism is. But what are cooking your veggies in? Butter? Salt? And even if its good for you, you can still eat to much of it. Are you eating junk food like chips and cookies. Alot of your calories come from what you drink too. Try to stick to mostly water..I know its hard...but it helps. |
