There is a girl that has slept with pretty much EVERYONE where I grew up. And if I meet anyone, I always ask if they know her.

 Is promiscuity wrong or the way we were meant to be?
Please share and explain your thoughts. Well I think it is okay in Society's rules. If it feels good do it. I am not judging anyone since who knows who is right and who is wrong. I personally am not wired that way. Like I have posted I did a one night stand in my twenty's once and I knew then and there I wasn't wired to lean this way. So I made the decision then and there that I would lead a pretty celibate life and take a lot of cold showers. |

at one time promiscuous was considered sex before marriage or having more than one partner w/o benefit of marriage.....what is your definition of promiscuity and under the defined terms above......I believe over 90% would be considered promiscuous on this site, so how could anyone say they wouldn't date someone promiscuous? Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm?

 I have known several women who were "promiscuous" ,but other than that they were good and decent human beings who would always be there for a friend. I dont see it as making a person "bad",just can be kind of annoying if you have feelings for the chick.

Please share and explain your thoughts. I would be lying if I said promiscuity didn't disturb me. This incessant need for people to sleep with everyone...we're supposed to be so much more highly evolved than animals, built with bigger brains and all that crap, but in the end, most people are no different than animals. |

In fact animals are actually superior to humans in that way, at least some are, because certain animals stay with one mate through their whole lives...
Of course, most animals live only a fraction of the time as humans, but I digress... |

We were not meant to be promiscuous. It is very wrong to cheat on the person you are with.

Some people are incapable of being with more than one person at a time.
I have an excellent streak going on for consecutive girlfriends and not having cheated on one. I'm proud of the fact that I never cheated and I dont fell bad for any of the weak minded fools who have. |
