Weather has been weird here also we had 50's over the weekend all the snow melted and this morning I woke up to two inches of snow and verry cold.

At least it feels normal, it was weird being outside working in 50 degree weather on Dec 28th. It was like "Al Gore is onto something weather"

The judge will go with what is in the best interest of the child. You do not allways need a lawyer. She may just give up like my ex did. BUt my kids wanted to stay with me anyhow wich helped make it easy

BUt my kids wanted to stay with me anyhow wich helped make it easy dont take this the wrong way but i went through all that when i was a kid and i just cant do that to my son i get him when i want so its all good no problemb I eveolved more into mine it wasa 50 50 deal but as they got older they wanted to be here were they went to school and around their friends so I know how you feel, good luck

Both daughters 15 and 17 are spending night at friend's houses, with adult supervision. The Ex is home alone, and I am at work.
