Depression is here everyday
And it never goes away
Go away! I yell into the dark, screaming on the
top of my lungs, but noone even looks up.
As if someone is there
I feel as if I'm a prisoner
In the dungeon's lair
And as always no one cares
Do I dare?
Dare to care about anyone but me?
Could it be,
Someone there?
Someone there to care?
No, just an image
That's the way it will always be
No matter how hard I try
I just want to get by
I go through life day by day,
I thought pain was supposed
To go away with time
But it's not
It's still here
Here with the fear
Fear that I will get hurt more


I feel noone cares..i'm lucky if i get ONE person that does and I do, but i guess i need more

get help..dont wait..only gets alot worse..being a alcoholic, drug addic doesnt help either, let me tell ya

You have to keep believing in yourself, tell yourself you are somebody, and that your special and have meaning.. keep saying it and you will begin believing it, and others will begin believing it about you too..

i know..its just so hard sometimes

Life can be tough, it happens to all of us, but we make it through those times with help from our friends, and when we get through it we are stronger.. we learn from it, and become better people because of it..

yes..i think the person i need more in my life right now is "God"..i think i'm gonna go talk to a priest today

I am so sorry you and others are going through this type of situation, Karen. I still sometimes feel like a dust speck on this planet, but since getting a relationship with God, I know that He loves me EVEN THOUGH he knows exactly who I am.
