You 2 ladies are in the shoes that I have been in this year at one time for almost 6 months. Let me give you a little help. Check the local hotels, they are always hiring, although this time of year may be dificult. Next, I just started working for H&R Block, and there are some areas that are so in need of help they are fixing to do a crash course in the Basics class, in January. Go online and fill out an app, then check with the local Block office, they may be able to tell you more. You will have to take the full course in August, but after the initial Basics class, if you continue to work for them, they pay you to take the rest of the classes! If you don't have a job, you can go to the employment office and they will give you a reference card, and you won't have to pay for the Basics class, which they usually charge for.
