the day was august 3rd 1991,
only problem i had was when the streetlights mocked the sun, the message came loud and clear, from the step where i laid down, thoughts if i could go back to the only problem back then now, for i never thought i would grow up to see, the day i turned a man and problems were too much for me, but every night i think back to the simple things in this world, never thought that the clam would ever give me a pearl, but it happened when i realized that i was in charge, you see life is to precious and dreams never too large. |

I liked this very much. I dont particularly care for the title, I think it's sort of presumptuous, but the body of the piece is excellent.
My favorite lines: "for i never thought i would grow up to see, the day i turned a man and problems were too much for me" Really nice |
