OR...it could be like the last several years where the Yankees spend a boatload of money and wind up out of the post season watching a team like the Rays spend a lot less and go to the World Series. Think the Rays are going away this year??? It would appear that even though George is no longer actually running the team, ole Hank just figures on doing the same ole same ole. 5 bucks says that he'll be complaining about his team's "lack of performance " sometime around the All Star Break. |

i am a huge yankee fan, but i am worried that the freight train could crash in their face, i bet the expectation will be 120 wins for the yankees. they could have a great season but if they dont win world series it will be a failure to all that watch babseball. GO YANKEES!

Their line up may be ll the 'chemistry' needed.....try pitching to: Damon-L, Jeter-R, Matsui-L, A-Rod-R, Texiera-L/R, Nady-R, Cano-L, Posada-L/R, Gardner-L......or maybe Texeira in front of A-Rod, then Matusi, or Posada...or .....seems to me any way you mix it, it's ALL GOOD
