I really need to know whether my current looks will cut it in the dating world. I've been off the market for quite a while now. I have horrible insecurity issues, but I am bracing for the worst. Any comments on how I could improve the profile would also be awesome.

Hmmmm. I'd put up more pics. The "hard to understand" thing.... you might want to re-phrase that part. It came off as rather, umm, condescending.

thanks for the tips. I uploaded some older pics. (I didn't have any newer ones.) I also took out the bit about being hard to understand. and then i added the interest "pot"

Well, that's good. If your favorite time is 4:20 you should be up front, so that the folks who don't like that can know right away. Or vice versa....

Two things I've learned from the relationships I have been in:
1)Always be up front. Even if it hurts your chances. Better being completely honest from the beginning. 2)Communication is to a relationship what water is to a rose in the desert. |

right. If a rose was growing in the desert, it would need water so badly it is not funny. Relationships need as much communication between the two people, as a rose would need water in the desert.

I actually like analogies... it shows a person has abstract and critical thinking skills. That tends to illustrate intelligence.
Concrete= not attractive. But that's just me. |
