I'll be nice but I do have a sarcastic sense of humor and when I get to know someone well I'll tend to bust on em and stir things up a bit but it's never to the point where they want to axe murder me 
As for what gets me going...coming into work to find the shift before me accomplished absolutely nothing and lazy people who do anything and everything to avoid working while you have to pick up the slack. ya I could see that being irritating to say the least ..
