I received chocolates from a patient of mine tonight....she said I was her "favourite" awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.
Could be because I get upset with myself if I forget to open her curtains the way she likes it. She says I need to not get so upset with myself. 
Do I need any more responsibilities??? I dont think so. Most people in my line of work dont have the amount of patients.
