I'm on my way to detroit in the tail of the blizzard. I stopped to get coffee. The snow quit. They plowed. Its drifting. The roads are ice. The windchill is - 17 below. But I can drive slow on it because there is no traffic. I get to madison I will be able to shower, do laundry, get fuel, do paperwork, and get some rest. Then mozey my way through chicago which is a nightmare right now. 
I think we should move to australia and sell puka shells to the tourists and live on the beach!!!

oh and THIS news ! oh noooooo the gas station a few miles from here is going to be condemened the roof is leaking all over and theres asbestos in there so very soon they are going to shut it down an bulldoze it , the next closest gas station is in Qualicum we're gonna be so screwed with out the gas sttion now .... |
