if you do get some water moving turn on a tap an let it drip so that it doesnt freeze again
 an let it drip into a bucket or something so that you can save some of the water just in case it freezes again

just let the COLD drip ..you have a drip ? any water movement? cause if you can get it to drip leave it to drip an it may thaw more

if you have a dripp ...do what purple said it will thaw it's self in no time !
