Something like that is WAY off in the future. Im assuming you are referring to a "cyborg" or some kind of cybernetic organism?
We will probably be cloning humans before we reach the level of that technology. If you are just proposing this question from the perspective of a complete hypothetical, then it would be the same situation if your boyfriend considered it cheating when you used your vibrator.
