Would love to hear other people's views... Not for friends. I don't care where friends are. As for relationships, I've mixed feelings on that. The people I've been most interested in were not anywhere near here. And I can't afford a plain ticket once a year, let alone every few months. And when I can buy one, I usually head home. |

Nope! I've met people from all over the country...& made some really great friends. I know that LDR's are difficult, but it's also unrealistic to think that we can click our heels 3 times & have our true love fall into our backyard. If that were true...none of us would be here...

Would love to hear other people's views... If you want to limit your opportunities, stick with this feeling. LDRs can work, but it requires your attention and devotion. One cannot be lazy if you meet someone you want to understand and be with. I never walk away from a potential connection. |

Funny thing is I go to Africa because I work with an AIDS charity. We build homes for orphans.
