since it is not turning then there is some sort of problem in the control. dhinkle is right - it may be the door latch is broken so that the controller thinks the door is open when it isn't. you can try to check and see if that is the case. the fuse is checked with an ohmeter or continuity checker which basically looks to see if there is electrical resistance - but if you are not familiar with working with electrical equipment you really do need a friend nearby who can help you with this.
if it were only the motor - it would heat but not turn if it were only the heater - it would turn but not heat so the latch and control circuit should be checked first good luck but you must be very careful working on it if it is still connected to power. this is how people can get electrocuted. if you are not comfortable working with electrical equipment get help from a local friend or relative who is familiar!! don't jeopardize your safety!! |

ok i disconnected the wire goin to the door plugged it in the same thig the ticking but nuthin else

you should have two, (or three wires if you have a drum light} there should be a white, and a white with a blk stripe..these need to go together.

Typically the neutral is broken at the door switch until the door is closed. |
