I heard on the radio that New York got a lot of snow and many people don't have electric now. Did we cause that?

I live in New York and I'll do the snow dance on one condition -- that the snow stays confined to where Becca lives ONLY. I really hate the winter.

i'll go up to the hills were i snowboard and get on top of one and do the snow dance at 5 in the morning nekid to see if i can get some of that snow over here. its just been cold an brittle in idaho.
