Hi, just wondering if anyone can give me a clue. I dated this guy for 2
years. We never had a fight or argument, enjoyed the same things and spent every weekend together. He would call me on his way to work and then again when he got home. If he had time he would also call from work on his break. Once in awhile he would come over during the week and just go to work from here. We had the most perfect relationship.. At least I thought so. Then all of a sudden he says " its just now working for me anymore" and " I'm just going to move on".. What the hell does that mean. I asked him to just tell me why.. but he never would. So I am having a hard time getting over him. Its been almost 4 months and I still cry daily over this.. Can anyone offer something . Would love to hear from you guys.. what would make you do this??? Thanks.. |

Without knowing more details it's hard to say, but it sounds to me like
he met someone else. If it's been for months I would say chances are very slim he's coming back. I wish there were something more positive I could say to bring you up darlin...the only thing I got is an old metaphore Time heals You're young and pretty - things will turn around for you I'm sure. Then you can rub his nose in it!! Wish you the best J |

Sounds like he took an easy way out. Personally, I think he's found
someone else but didn't have the nerve to tell you the truth. That's pretty sorry on his part. Just try to look at it in a positive way. It may just be a blessing that he did leave instead of wasting your time. I'm sorry to hear about that for you though. |

Thank you both for your input. I really appreciate it. I think he found
someone else too.. But hate to think that. How stupid am I. I sit here crying for him and he's out having a ball with someone else.. haha.. Everyone feels the same way.. that I am probably better off without him. Just doesn't feel that way.. Ok.. thanks again.. |

i think the fact that he didn't want to tell you the reason why shows
that he found someone else but either way it doesn't sound like he left because of you, i wouldn't waste time crying over him though. |

What your saying makes alot of sense. But the fact that he wouldn't tell
me why makes me think it was me. To be honest I have never been so good in a relationship , we were perfect together. I know I should stop crying, and I honestly do try. But something will happen that reminds me of him and there I go. I ran into him the other night in a restaurant, he was with a man he works with. I left my food there paid the check and went home crying. duh.. I was so mad at myself. I know he saw me, they seated them right next to me and my son. aaarrrrgghhhhh.Ok..I'm just gonna get over it once and for all. haha.. hell yea. thanks again everyone.. your great people. |

No I know he isn't married. I met his family and spent so much time at
his house. In the summer I would bring my dog with me and spend the week with him. I hope I would have noticed someone else in the bed with us.. haha.. Thanks though , that ended up making me laugh. |

I'm glad that I could get a laugh out of you sunshine, but just keep
your chin up things will work out and he will realize he left the best which is you:) |

Thank you so much. I can't tell you how much better I feel now. I hope
some day he does regret it. But really I hope this woman he is with dumps him once he falls in love with her. Just so he knows how it feels. Is that mean of me. I am not usually mean, but he broke my heart. |

You said, "How stupid am I. I sit here crying for him and he's out
having a ball with someone else." Just wait.... About the time your flying high again he's gonna be picking up his dirty underwear from some other girls front lawn along with everything else he owns that she threw out of the highest window she could find. |

Cookieie is right. What comes around goes around. There is no need to
wish bad luck on others that do you wrong. They have already created their own fate. Chin up!! Life is too short to waste it on someone like that. You'll find someone 10 times better and then wonder why you even shed a tear! |

I am still having a hard time thinking he has someone else. I just don't
know when he would have had the time. I know it is just wishful thinking. But you did paint a nice picture, all his stuff thrown out a window.. hahaha.. |

I think what hurts us the most in situations like this is the fact they
don't respect us enough to be honest about things...it leaves everything so "open ended" and we are left holding the bag wondering why and thinking everything was our fault... if you feel you did your best in the relationship - that's all you can do. Take pride and comfort in knowing that you gave it your best shot...and that you have nothing to regret or be sorry for. J |

Out the window is where my Ex's crap would have been with any of his
other girlfriends, I was nice and packed them neatly in boxes with the parishable food items at the bottom and delivered them to the back of his truck on the hottest day this past summer. Dont tell him, I dont think he's unpacked them yet. |
